XPolse Pole Dance Fitness is Rochester's most fun, sexy and social workout. Offering beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of pole dance fitness instruction, in addition to other fun classes such as Burlesque and Chair Dance. We offer 6 brass poles and are open 5 days a week. The studio hosts a weekly "Girls Night Out" on Fridays and is happy to make your Bachelorette, Birthday or Retirement Pole Party one to remember!
